A winning project

By winning a tender aimed at agencies in Milan and Bologna, we get an assignment for the organization, design of the visual concept, and management of the communication of the national convention of GrandVision, a multinational company that manages about 500 stores in Italy.

When action generates satisfaction

The theme of the event is the satisfaction of internal and external customers: employees and consumers. To develop it, we conceive the “100% SatisfAction” concept, linking satisfaction to action.

The visual concept: at the heart of the message

We, therefore, study the iconographic system that refers to the client’s visual identity, and that through the figures of the microphone and megaphone describes the company objectives and values and affirms the results achieved. With the “SatisFacts & Figures”, the results that generate satisfaction are finally identified.

Events: passion and attention to every detail

For the event, we identify a splendid historic villa surrounded by greenery, where the first day takes place in the presence of about 550 people and a conference center for the second.
We also manage all aspects of the organizational secretariat (location, services, events in the event, hospitality, reception, logistics), we take care of the technical and audio-video direction and coordinate all the actors involved: witnesses, technical services, catering, room hostesses and photographers.

Social and digital: involve and create engagement

We design and manage moments of digital and social engagement, such as photographs of individuals and groups with emoticons and status, published on a social wall of the event, a channel for sharing opinions, thoughts and emotions, and entertainment effects in digital graphics, succeeding to directly involve the public.
